Shopify has built-in bundles. Why use Bundlex?
Shopify's native bundles cover fixed-price combos and basic quantity discounts. Bundlex adds what native doesn't: BOGO and free-gift offers, cross-sells, volume discounts by quantity, and a fully customizable widget. Use native for simple combos; use Bundlex when you want the full toolkit.
Will Bundlex slow my store?
No. The widget loads asynchronously and doesn't block your theme's render. Cart hooks reuse your theme's existing cart events without re-mounting, so installing Bundlex doesn't hurt your store-speed scores.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. Bundlex installs via app blocks and theme app extensions, no liquid edits or code changes. Works with Online Store 2.0 themes plus custom themes that support app blocks.
How is Bundlex billed?
Through Shopify. Bundlex is free to install and use today, so there's nothing to pay. If a paid plan is ever introduced, we'll let you know in advance, and Shopify asks you to approve any charge before it can apply, so you're never billed without agreeing first. You can uninstall anytime from your Shopify admin.
Can I customize how the widget looks?
Yes. The bundle widget has theme-aware styling: colors, fonts, button styles, and savings badges. Custom CSS overrides for power users. No code required for common cases.
