What's new in Bundlex

Let shoppers pick exactly how many they want. An optional stepper on the offer card lets customers set a quantity, and the widget, price, and cart follow along, always charging the best tier for the final amount.

• Turn it on per discount and choose which offers show the stepper with a per-offer list
• On quantity offers the number is the item count; on bundles and "3 for $10" deals it counts whole sets
• Crossing a tier threshold automatically jumps the selection to the better offer and keeps the chosen variants
• The stepper respects live stock and never lets shoppers request more than what is available

Turn on "Update theme product price" and the price your theme shows above the widget updates live to the selected bundle total, compare-at price included. Display only; checkout always charges the exact discounted amount.

• The theme price updates the moment a shopper picks a different offer
• The compare-at ("was") price stays in sync: struck through when discounted, hidden when the tier is not
• Themes without a separate strikethrough element get a combined was/now price
• Sale badges are hidden while a synced price shows, so they never contradict the selected offer
• Works out of the box on 21+ common theme price layouts; support can add a custom selector for unusual themes
• Theme developers can tag any element with data-bundlex-price to make it sync (handy for sticky bars)
• Display only: checkout charges the real discounted amount no matter what the theme shows

Show a discount only where you want it. Pick Shopify Markets to include or exclude, and everywhere else the widget stays hidden and checkout applies no discount.

• Two modes: show only in selected markets, or hide in selected markets
• Enforced twice: the widget does not render in a blocked market, and checkout does not apply the discount there either
• The market list comes live from your Shopify admin (Settings > Markets)
• Combines with your product and collection targeting as an extra filter
• Deleted or unavailable markets stay visible in your selection, clearly marked, so nothing silently disappears

Building choose-your-own bundles got much faster. Fill slots from whole collections instead of hand-picking products, or link a set of products so each one's page bundles it with the others.

• Linked-set bundles: link 2-8 products and every product's page shows it bundled with the others, no duplicate discounts to maintain
• The linked set follows "Show widget on": add or remove a product there and every page updates automatically

• The editor warns when a bundle would show the same product twice on its own page, with a one-click fix

Sold-out options can now disappear from the widget's variant pickers entirely, instead of staying listed and marked "Unavailable".

• Applies to the offer's dropdowns and swatches, plus cross-sell and bundle-pool pickers
• Hiding is live: options update as the shopper picks a size or color, not just at page load
• If the selected variant becomes unavailable, the widget snaps to the nearest available one
• Fully sold-out products keep the labeled list so "sold out" messaging still reads correctly
• Gifts, upsells, and add-ons already hid sold-out variants; they are unchanged

Round every price the widget shows to a clean whole number, like $30 instead of $29.95. Display only; customers are still charged the exact amount at checkout.

• Applies to every price in the widget: offer prices, compare-at, savings, the sticky bar, and template variables
• Rounds to the nearest whole amount and keeps your currency's own format
• Scoped to that discount's widget; the rest of your storefront is untouched

By default all variants of a product count together toward a tier. Turn on "Count each variant separately" and each color or size must reach the tier on its own.

• 1 black + 2 white shirts no longer make a 3-pack, since neither color reaches 3 on its own
• Each variant that does reach a tier earns the discount on its own, even several times in one cart
• Works together with the strict quantity cap for exact tier composition
• The editor warns while it is on, since mixed carts can price differently in both directions
• Off by default; flip it per discount in the Advanced settings

The editor now warns you when the products you target are also in another published discount, so conflicting or hidden pricing gets caught before shoppers see it.

• A warning appears on the "Show widget on" section when targeting overlaps another live discount
• Tells you the outcome: two discounts tie (unpredictable), or this one is hidden by more specific targeting
• Names the exact discounts involved so you know what to fix
• Understands specificity: selected products beat collections, which beat "all products"
• Add-ons-only discounts get their own warning when another discount still changes the checkout price
• Dismissible, and only published discounts trigger it; drafts never nag

Hovering a color swatch can now show an instant, styled tooltip with the color name, replacing the browser's slow native one.

• Turn on "Show color name on hover" in the Color swatch style settings
• The tooltip appears instantly and matches the widget styling
• Keyboard users see it too when tabbing through swatches
• Skipped on touch devices on purpose, so nothing flashes over a tapped swatch
• Swatches now always carry proper accessibility labels, tooltip on or off

Combine Bundlex offers with your subscription plans. The widget shows a subscribe vs one-time choice, prices adjust to the selected plan, and your volume discount applies on top on the first order.

• Works with your existing subscription app (Shopify Subscriptions, Appstle, Seal, and more); Bundlex reads the selling plans already on your products
• Four selector layouts: radio, grid, checkbox, or toggle; place it above or below the offers

Offer optional paid add-ons right inside the widget. Shoppers tick a checkbox to add related products to their order, each with its own price, discount, and variant picker. Unticking one never affects the main offer.

Let customers choose which products go in their bundle. Add a "mix & match" bundle product backed by a pool of options, and the shopper picks one to fill that slot right on the product page. The bundle discount applies automatically.

Sidekick, Shopify's built-in AI assistant, can now answer questions about your Bundlex discounts right inside the admin. Ask in plain language about your offers, revenue, and whether your widget is live. There is nothing to set up.

• "What discounts do I have active?" lists your live offers, each with a link to edit it
• "Which of my offers makes the most money?" ranks them by the revenue Bundlex added
• "How much extra revenue has Bundlex made me this month?" shows added revenue, orders, and average order value
• "How is my store doing vs last month?" gives a performance summary with your top products
• "How is my Summer Bundle set up?" breaks down its tiers, discount amounts, targeting, gifts, and features
• "Is my widget showing on my product pages?" checks your live theme and links you to fix it if not

Display your bundle in the style that fits your products. There are now four bundle layouts: Compact and Gallery join the existing Stacked and Grid. Pick one per discount whenever the offer is shown as a bundle.

• Stacked: each product on its own row with image, title, variant picker, and price, the classic detailed view
• Compact (new): a tighter row that fits image, title, variants, and price into less vertical space, great for bundles with many items
• Grid: products laid out as cards in columns, with an optional "Equal block size" toggle to keep every card the same height
• Gallery (new): all product images showcased together at the top, with a clean list of titles, variants, and prices below
• Switch layouts anytime in the discount editor; each one works with your existing colors, borders, and spacing
• Pairs with the new "Hide variant labels" option for an even slimmer look

Decide exactly how many items your volume discount applies to. By default the discount applies to every item a customer buys at or above the offer quantity. Turn this on and it applies only to the offer quantity, so any extra items stay at full price.

• Example: with "Buy 3, get 15% off", a customer who adds 5 items gets 15% off on only the first 3; the 2 extra stay at full price
• Works across tiers: with Buy 3 (15%) and Buy 5 (25%), 10 items become 5 at 25% off, 3 at 15% off, and the remaining 2 at full price
• Applies to percentage and fixed amount per item discounts; exact price and Buy X Get Y offers are already limited to the offer quantity, so they are unaffected
• Off by default, so your existing discounts keep working exactly as before until you switch it on

Let customers choose their own free gifts. Build a pool of products, set how many they can pick, and shoppers select their gifts in a popup right on the product page. Chosen gifts are added to the cart free.

Two new toggles in the offers tab let you hide a discount from specific customer groups: Shopify native B2B accounts and customers with selected tags.

• Exclude B2B customers: hides the widget for customers logged into Shopify's native B2B (Companies / Company Locations on Plus plan)
• Exclude by customer tag: type any customer tag to hide the widget from customers who have it, perfect for wholesale tags from third-party B2B apps

• You can now safely use any product as a free gift, even if it already appears in the main bundle

Out-of-stock variants are now clearly communicated to shoppers, preventing failed checkout attempts.
