Ask Shopify Sidekick about your bundles

Sidekick is Shopify's AI assistant in your Shopify admin. It can answer questions about your Bundlex discounts, and it can open the Bundlex editor to create or change an offer for you. There is nothing to set up.

Ask about your discounts

• "What discounts do I have active?" lists your live offers, each with a link to edit it.
• "Which of my offers makes the most money?" ranks them by the revenue Bundlex added.
• "How much extra revenue has Bundlex made me this month?" shows added revenue, orders and average order value.
• "How is my Summer Bundle set up?" breaks down its offers, discounts, products, gifts and features.
• "Is my widget showing on my product pages?" checks your live theme and links you to the fix if it is off.

Create or edit an offer

Ask "Create a quantity discount: buy 2 get 10% off, buy 3 get 15% off". The Bundlex editor opens with those offers filled in.

Ask "Edit my Bundlex discount Summer". Sidekick finds the discount and opens it in the editor.

With the editor open, you can ask Sidekick to:

• change an offer's price, title, subtitle, badge or label
• add or remove an offer, or pick the pre-selected offer
• rename the discount
• turn Quantity selector, Offer selection is optional, Limit discount to offer quantity, Count each variant separately or Show prices as whole numbers on or off

You always save

Sidekick never saves. Each change lands in the form as if you typed it. Check it in the preview, then click Save or Activate. Discard puts the form back the way it was.

Limits

• You pick products, gifts and the design in the editor yourself.
• Start a new Sidekick chat for each create or edit request. A chat that already opened the editor once may not open it again.
• Sidekick cannot find a draft discount that was never activated. Open it from the Bundlex dashboard instead.

If you also use Bundlex Cart

Both apps work with Sidekick. Name the app in your question, for example "In Bundlex, which of my offers makes the most money?", so Sidekick reads the right app. The cart side is in Ask Shopify Sidekick about your cart.
