How to add, reorder, and remove offer tiers

Every bundle holds an ordered ladder of offer tiers (for example Buy 1, Buy 2, Buy 3). You manage that ladder from the Offers card at the top of the bundle editor: add new tiers, duplicate them, move them up or down, delete the ones you don't need, and choose which tier is selected by default when the widget loads.

Where to find the Offers card

Open a bundle in the editor. The Offers card sits at the top, above Widget settings. Each tier is a collapsible row. The row title shows the offer's title with any template variables filled in, or Offer 1, Offer 2, and so on when a tier has no title yet. Click a row to expand it and edit that tier's discount type, quantity, labels, image, gifts, and cross-sells.

Add an offer

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Offers list.
  2. Click Add offer.
  3. The new tier opens so you can edit it right away. Its quantity is pre-filled to one above the last tier, with no discount set yet, so set the discount type and quantity to suit.

You can have up to 10 offers per bundle. Once you reach that limit, the Add offer row no longer appears. Delete a tier first if you need room for a different one.

Open the offer actions menu

Duplicate, move, and delete live in the actions menu on each offer row. Hover or focus a row, then open the more actions (...) menu next to the edit button.

These per-offer actions only appear when a bundle has more than one offer, so a bundle always keeps at least one tier. The menu also hides any action that doesn't apply to that row, rather than greying it out:

  • Move up is hidden for the first offer.
  • Move down is hidden for the last offer.
  • Duplicate is hidden once the bundle has 10 offers.
  • Delete is always available.

Duplicate an offer

Duplicating copies a tier with all of its settings, which is the fastest way to build a ladder where each step is similar. The copy is inserted directly below the original.

  1. Open the actions menu on the offer you want to copy.
  2. Choose Duplicate.
  3. Adjust the quantity and discount on the new copy so it doesn't overlap with the original.

Duplicate is subject to the 10-offer limit, so the option disappears when a bundle already has 10 tiers. Remove one to make room.

Move an offer up or down

Offers display in the same order they appear in this list, so reordering changes what shoppers see in the widget on the product page.

  1. Open the actions menu on the offer you want to move.
  2. Choose Move up or Move down.

Delete an offer

  1. Open the actions menu on the offer you want to remove.
  2. Choose Delete.
  3. A confirmation dialog asks you to confirm. Click Delete to remove the tier, or cancel to keep it.

The removal applies once you save the bundle. If you leave the editor without saving, the offer stays.

Set the pre-selected offer

The pre-selected offer is the tier that is selected by default when the widget first loads on the product page. Most stores point this at the tier they most want shoppers to choose.

  1. Open the Widget settings card, below the Offers card.
  2. Find the Pre-selected offer dropdown.
  3. Pick the offer you want selected by default.

The dropdown lists your offers by their titles, so naming each tier first makes the list easier to read.

Reordering or removing offers on a bundle with analytics

If a bundle already has tracked analytics, an Offer analytics warning dialog appears when you try to reorder, duplicate, or delete an offer. Changing the offer order or removing offers can affect your per-offer cart rate statistics, because those numbers are tied to each tier's position in the ladder. Your revenue and order data is not affected. Click Continue to go ahead, or cancel to leave the ladder as it is.

If per-offer cart rate matters to your reporting, make these changes deliberately rather than reshuffling a live, high-traffic bundle.

Save your changes

Adding, duplicating, moving, deleting, and changing the pre-selected offer all take effect once you save the bundle. Publish the bundle so the updated ladder appears in the widget on matching products.
