Hiding or syncing the theme's quantity selector

The theme's quantity box and Bundlex's quantity selector are different controls. Which one controls the cart quantity depends on your discount's setup.

Hide the theme quantity selector

In Shopify admin, open Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds → Bundlex Bundles. Tick Show advanced settings, then enable Hide quantity selector. If you use the product-page app block instead, open that block's settings. Save the theme and check the product page.

This hides the theme quantity box while an offer is selected. If your theme uses a non-standard quantity element, support can help identify it from the product URL.

If you keep it visible

For the usual offer setup, the theme quantity box navigates between configured tiers. Typing an exact tier quantity can select that offer. Typing an in-between number does not necessarily change the selected offer or the quantity added to the cart.

For example, if the selected offer is Buy 6, typing 8 into the theme box can still add 6. It does not automatically mean two extra units or two complete bundles.

For flexible quantities, use Bundlex's Quantity selector on the Add-ons tab when the discount supports it. With that selector active, the theme input reflects the widget quantity; it is not a second independent control. It also works on discounts with subscriptions.

Some stores have a support-enabled setup that preserves the theme's exact quantity on eligible plain quantity offers. Do not assume that behavior is active on every discount. Ask support with the product URL if you need it.

When no offer is selected

If Offer selection is optional is enabled and no offer is selected, the theme's own quantity and variant controls work normally. Changing the theme quantity does not select an offer in this state. Plain quantity discounts can still apply at checkout if the resulting cart qualifies. See optional offer selection.
