The widget shows twice or in the wrong place (app embed vs app block)

If the Bundlex widget appears twice on your product page, or it shows up in a strange position that ignores your placement settings, the most common cause is that both the app embed and the app block are enabled at the same time. You only need one of them.

Why this happens

Bundlex can render on your product page in two ways:

The app embed places the widget automatically next to your add to cart button. You switch it on once, in the theme editor under App embeds, and it works across all your templates.

The app block is a section block you place manually in the theme editor, exactly where you want the widget to sit in your product template.

When both are active, each one renders its own copy of the widget. Depending on the theme this looks like a duplicated widget, a widget that jumps position, or settings that seem to apply to one copy but not the other.

How to fix it

Decide which placement you want, then disable the other one:

If you want automatic placement, keep the app embed on. In the theme editor, open your product template, find the Bundlex Bundles block in the section list, and remove it.

If you want manual control of the position, first check that the app block sits in the product's actual template and a section that renders. An enabled block inside an empty or hidden section may show nothing on the storefront.

Then open App embeds, switch off Bundlex Bundles, save, and immediately reload the actual product page outside the editor. Confirm one widget remains. If it disappears, turn the embed back on and send support the product URL.

If automatic placement puts the widget in the wrong container, support can help move it while keeping the embed. An unusual position alone does not prove there are two active placements.

If your discount includes gifts

Prefer keeping the embed and removing the product-page block. The embed also runs gift cleanup on the cart page; a product-page block alone does not. Turning the embed off removes that cart-page safeguard. If you need a different position, ask support to check a placement that keeps the embed.

Which one should I choose?

For most stores the app embed is the simplest option, since it covers every product template automatically. Choose the app block when your theme's layout places the widget somewhere you don't like and you want to position it yourself.
