How billing works in Bundlex

App billing for Bundlex is handled through Shopify, not through a separate checkout. Bundlex is currently free, so there is nothing to pay today. If a paid plan is ever introduced, we will let you know in advance, and Shopify asks you to approve any charge before it can apply. Here is how billing works.

What you pay today

Bundlex is currently free to install and use, so no Bundlex charge appears on your Shopify invoice right now. Installation is one click from the Shopify App Store, with no credit card required up front. For the latest plans and pricing, see the Bundlex pricing page.

How billing works through Shopify

Any Bundlex charge is handled by Shopify, not by a separate checkout. If a paid plan applies to your store, Shopify shows you the charge to approve first, and only then does it appear on your regular Shopify invoice, billed by Shopify under their merchant agreement, alongside your Shopify subscription. Nothing is charged automatically, and you would not get a separate bill from Bundlex.

Shopify's monthly spending cap

App charges are protected by Shopify's monthly spending cap, a Shopify-level safeguard on what apps can bill you in a given month. You manage it in your Shopify admin.

Canceling

You stay in control from your Shopify admin at all times, and removing the app stops any future app charges. See what happens when you uninstall.

Common questions

Will I be charged after installing?

Bundlex is currently free, so there is nothing to pay today, and no credit card is required to install. If paid plans are introduced later, Shopify shows you any charge to approve before it applies. Check the pricing page for the current plans.

Who handles the billing relationship?

Shopify does. App charges are billed by Shopify under their merchant agreement, which is why everything stays on your single Shopify invoice and is covered by Shopify's spending cap.
