Using Bundlex with cart drawers and slide carts

Bundlex works with most theme cart drawers and slide carts, as well as popular cart apps. When a bundle is added, Bundlex adds all of its items in one request and then prompts your cart to refresh so the drawer shows the full bundle.

How it works

Bundlex adds the bundle through your store's normal add-to-cart request, then fires standard cart-refresh events so the drawer re-renders with every item. It also recognizes the cart formats used by apps like UpCart and Dawn-based drawers, so the bundle lands correctly.

If your drawer doesn't update

Most themes refresh automatically. If your drawer shows stale contents or the wrong price, see the cart drawer shows the gift or bundle at full price. The cart total and checkout are always correct even if a drawer briefly looks out of date.

Custom or unusual carts

A few third-party carts replace the add-to-cart request entirely, which can stop Bundlex from tagging the bundle. If your cart app or custom theme does not show bundles correctly, reach out and we can look at a custom integration for your setup.
