Add free gifts and let shoppers choose a gift

A free-gift tier rewards shoppers when they reach a cart value or item count. The tier controls both qualification and which product variants can be free.

Create the gift tier

1. Edit your cart, enable Cart > Rewards bar, and add a tier.
2. Set Reward to Free gift and enter the threshold.
3. Under Gift choices, click Select gift variants and choose available variants.
4. If you offer several choices, set Gifts a shopper can pick.
5. Save and activate the cart, or save the active design.

One gift or a choice

With exactly one gift choice, Bundlex Cart adds it automatically when the tier unlocks. With several choices, the bar shows an inline chooser and waits for the shopper to select. Selecting beyond the allowed number replaces an earlier choice.

When the cart drops below the threshold, Cart removes its reward gift. Gifts do not count toward unlocking themselves. Each claimed gift is limited to the tier's entitlement.

Check the gift's price

The gift is made free by the published automatic discount. The drawer displays the real charged price; changing a title to say “free” does not change the product's price.

On your storefront, cross the threshold, choose a gift if required, and check the gift and total at checkout. Then remove enough regular products to fall below the threshold and confirm the gift is removed. Preview does not perform real gift additions or apply checkout discounts.

Gift products need to be available for purchase. If a gift does not appear, is removed unexpectedly, or carries a price, follow rewards and gifts troubleshooting.
