Using Bundlex Cart analytics
Open Analytics in Bundlex Cart, or choose View analytics on the dashboard, to see how shoppers interact with your drawer and its offers.
Choose dates and a cart
Select a date preset or a custom range of up to 90 days. Dates use UTC. The 24 hours preset means the current UTC calendar day, not a rolling 24-hour window.
Use All time for available history without a previous-period comparison. Other ranges compare with the immediately preceding period of the same length when the required data is available. Interaction history is retained for up to 400 days, so All time does not mean unlimited visitor history.
Choose all carts or a particular cart design. The per-cart table on the Analytics page still lets you compare every current design; it follows the selected dates and placement.
Compare offer placements
The placement filter separates the main upsell block, side upsell, and empty-cart suggestions. Offer views, additions, and product results follow that selection. Visitors, checkout clicks, and paid add-on activity describe the drawer as a whole.
Some visitor-based rates show a dash under an individual placement because the app cannot assign drawer visitors to that placement. Choose all placements to read those rates.
Read the chart and tables
Switch the chart between Offer views and Add to cart. When order tracking is available, Orders with upsells and Added revenue appear too. Daily values provide the numbers behind the chart, and the products table shows the results for offered products.
A product can have a purchase without a tracked offer view. Such a product can contribute to order totals without appearing in the interaction-based products table. Do not add per-product or per-cart order counts together: the same order can appear in more than one row.
Dashboard cards and cart rows use different periods
On the main dashboard, the period tabs change the summary cards. The cart list below them shows all-time results. On the Analytics page, the per-cart table follows the selected date range.
When revenue appears
Order and revenue metrics appear after Shopify grants the required order access and the first order sync succeeds. Until then, the app shows interaction metrics. If Analytics asks you to approve order permissions, reopen the app and approve the requested access. Access can also depend on Shopify's approval for the app.
See Cart metrics explained for definitions, or missing or unexpected statistics for troubleshooting.
