Analytics & reporting

Cart statistics are missing or look wrong

Start by checking the metric, date range, cart design, and placement. Bundlex Cart measures its own drawer activity and attributed orders, so its report is not expected to match Shopify's store-wide totals.

Revenue cards are missing

Order and revenue metrics appear only after the app has Shopify order access and a successful first sync. If Analytics asks for permission, reopen the app and approve the requested access. If no permission message appears and you still see only visitor and offer metrics, contact support to check order access and sync status. Do not interpret hidden revenue cards as zero sales.

A recent action or order is not visible yet

Interaction events are processed in the background, and orders are synced periodically rather than instantly. Allow time for processing, then reopen the report. Check a metric's Tracking started date in its tooltip: activity before tracking began is not reconstructed.

Storefront interaction tracking respects analytics consent. Shoppers who decline it, browser blocking, or failed network requests can leave gaps in visitor and offer counts even when an order is recorded. The editor preview does not create real analytics activity.

Dashboard and Analytics numbers differ

The dashboard's period tabs change its cards, while the cart rows below always show all-time results. The Analytics page's per-cart table follows its date filter. Dates are UTC, and 24 hours means today's UTC calendar day. Compare the same dates and placement before comparing totals.

The Analytics page's per-cart table keeps showing all current carts even when one cart is selected in the header. Product rows depend on tracked offer activity; an order without that activity can contribute to totals without a matching product row.

A rate is blank or looks high

A dash means the denominator or required history is unavailable. Some visitor-based rates require all placements, because Visitors describes the entire drawer. Consent and tracking gaps can also make visitor counts smaller than the audience that generated the recorded orders.

Visitors are sessions, with a new session after 30 minutes idle. Checkout clicks are not purchases. See metric definitions before comparing a rate with another analytics tool.

Revenue differs from the full cart value

Added revenue includes accepted upsells and paid add-ons after discounts, only for the quantity accepted from the offer. Total revenue includes the rest of the qualifying order. Cancelled and fully refunded orders are excluded after syncing; partial refunds do not adjust the figures. Updates to orders older than Shopify's 60-day access window may not be captured.

What to send support

Send the cart design name, metric, selected dates and placement, a screenshot, and an example order number if the issue concerns revenue. Explain what you expected to see. There is no need to create API tokens or reset your data.
